# Your other calendars live here too.

> Keep Google Calendar, Outlook or Todoist exactly as they are. Their events and tasks land on your 24-hour dial as editable blocks, and every edit syncs straight back.

How-to guide: https://reassign.ai/docs#calendar-sync

Reassign is not a replacement for the calendar your team invites you to. It is the place you decide what your day looks like. Connect Google, Outlook or Todoist and the meetings you did not choose land on the same dial as the work you did, in their own colour, as blocks you can actually move. Nothing has to migrate, and nothing stops working where it already works.

## Nothing moves out of your calendar

Your team keeps inviting you in Google or Outlook, and those invitations keep arriving there. Reassign reads that calendar and writes back to it, so it is a second view of the same day rather than a second place to keep one. Disconnect whenever you like and your calendar is exactly as you left it.

## Two-way, in real time

Move, resize or edit a block here and it updates at the source. Bring as many calendars as you like and show or hide each one. Mirror a block across more than one calendar, or move it between them, and Reassign re-homes it for you. There is a manual **Sync now** whenever you want it.

## Sorted into your areas by AI

An imported event does not arrive as a grey rectangle. It is classified into the area of life it belongs to and painted accordingly, so a synced day reads exactly like a day you drew yourself.

## One page each, for the one you actually use

The details differ per provider, so each has its own page: [Google Calendar](https://reassign.ai/features/google-calendar), [Outlook](https://reassign.ai/features/outlook-calendar), and [Todoist](https://reassign.ai/features/todoist).

## Todoist brings the tasks

A task with a due time becomes a block on the ring; an undated one waits in your [Inbox](https://reassign.ai/features/inbox). Schedule, edit or check it off on the dial and it flows back to Todoist. Finish it over in Todoist and it is marked done here.

## What it will not touch

A calendar you do not own comes in read-only. All-day events read as a hairline halo ring and never block your hours. Declined events are never synced at all. Disconnect anytime and your calendars clear from the dial without changing anything at the source. Apple Calendar, shared calendars and Microsoft To Do are (Soon) and not available yet.

## FAQ

### Which calendars work today?

Google Calendar, Outlook (Outlook.com or Microsoft 365) and Todoist, all two-way, on Pro. Apple Calendar and Microsoft To Do are on the roadmap and not available yet.

### What happens to recurring events?

A recurring series stays one series across the sync rather than exploding into a copy per day, and a single-occurrence change stays a single-occurrence change on both sides.

### What happens if I disconnect?

Your calendars clear from the dial and nothing changes at the source. The blocks you drew yourself stay exactly where they were.
