# Reassign > A 24-hour circular daily planner for busy makers: people juggling a day job, family, and a side project. Plan your day on a dial, with midnight at the top and noon at the bottom: drag to block time (visual time blocking), protect the hour you keep losing, reshape it as plans change, or hand the whole day to an AI assistant over MCP. Free to start. Reassign draws your whole day as one round face instead of a list you scroll. The dial is free and it is the only surface a day is drawn on; a list and a timeline are available on Pro for reading the days ahead, and neither of those can move, resize or create a block. Colour shows which area of life a block belongs to (work, family, a side project, you); a fill pattern shows what kind of energy it takes (recharge, flow, grind, drain). Reassign syncs two-way with Google Calendar, Outlook Calendar, and Todoist: connect an account and your events and tasks land on the dial as editable blocks, each calendar in its own colour, and the edits you make on the dial flow back to the source. Because the planner is also an MCP server, an assistant can read your real day and edit it with the same moves you would make by hand, while you watch each change land on the dial. MCP is an open standard, so this works with any MCP client, including Claude and ChatGPT (via Developer Mode custom connectors). The Features, Pricing, MCP, Connect, Docs, Roadmap, Changelog, and Support pages, every feature page, and every Resources post, also exist as plain markdown for agents: append `.md` to the URL (e.g. https://reassign.ai/features.md, https://reassign.ai/features/focus.md, https://reassign.ai/mcp.md, https://reassign.ai/resources/planning-your-day-with-claude.md). Last verified: 2026-08-08. ## Core pages - [Product](https://reassign.ai/): the 24-hour dial and how a day takes shape on it: a daily planner where time blocking is drawing on a clock face. - [Features](https://reassign.ai/features): every feature, grouped as plan, connect, capture, and follow through, each with its tier stated. Machine-readable index: [features.md](https://reassign.ai/features.md). - [Pricing](https://reassign.ai/pricing): Guest mode plans today and tomorrow with no account; Free plans up to 5 days ahead with no card; Pro is $8/month or $72/year (three months free on annual) and adds two-way auto sync with Google Calendar, Outlook, and Todoist, planning with Claude or ChatGPT over MCP, recurring events, and an unlimited planning horizon, with a 7-day Pro trial, no card to start. Machine-readable pricing: [pricing.md](https://reassign.ai/pricing.md). - [Plan over MCP](https://reassign.ai/mcp): connect Claude, ChatGPT, or any MCP client to read and reshape your day, with OAuth grants, per-tool scopes, and a short undo window. - [Connect your AI](https://reassign.ai/connect): copy-paste MCP install strings for Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code, Cursor, and other MCP clients. - [Docs](https://reassign.ai/docs): short task-shaped guides, from your first block to connecting an assistant over MCP. ## Shipped today - The 24-hour circular dial: drag to block time, grab a block to move or resize it, sweep across midnight or noon. - List and Timeline (Pro): two more ways to read the same schedule beside the dial, and both look forward rather than at a single day. List is a forward-running agenda grouped by day, thirty days at a time, where you can tick a microtask step without opening anything. Timeline is a horizontally scrolling range with one swimlane per area, the energy and weather layers along the bottom when you turn them on, and a zoom that steps through five fixed rungs, from nine hours on screen up to six days. Neither one drags: no moving, no resizing, no reordering, no drawing a block. You click an event to open it, edit it, or mark how it went, and the dial stays the only place a day is drawn. Free and anonymous visitors see the real surface running on sample data rather than a screenshot. - Areas (colour) and activity types (fill pattern); a live now-indicator with past blocks fading. - Recurring events (daily, weekdays, weekly, biweekly, monthly, yearly; edit this/future/all). - Two-way auto sync with Google Calendar, Outlook Calendar, and Todoist, with imported events and tasks sorted into areas by AI. All three connect cleanly: the Google app is Google-verified and the Microsoft app is publisher-verified, so no unverified app warnings on the way in, and Todoist connects with standard OAuth. - Onboarding that starts from your day, not a blank dial: you sketch your repeating day as a guest and watch a version of it assemble on the real ring. - An Energy layer (Pro): a per-hour body-clock curve that shows where focus comes easy. - Weather on the ring, day reflection, moment tracking, and Time Insights (a bird's-eye view of your weeks). - Focus intervals (Pro): split a working block into a Pomodoro-style focus/break rhythm drawn on the ring, tracked in reflection and Insights, readable and settable over MCP. - Focus mode (Pro): a dedicated screen for the one block you are working through, where the real dial is cropped to an arc and turns under a marker pinned at the current time, so the rotation is the countdown. Any blocking block qualifies and a rhythm is optional. No pause (the timer is tied to your schedule), no ambient animation or sound, and a wake lock so the screen stays on. Completed intervals are only ever marked by hand, never counted automatically. - Braindump in the command palette (Pro): dump everything on your mind into Cmd-K, one thought per line, and get back an editable plan. A timed line becomes a block on the day it names, a timeless to-do parks to the Backlog, a feeling logs as a mood, a cadence sets a focus rhythm. Reply in plain words to refine it (six turns), and pick from pre-computed options when a line is ambiguous. A braindump can never delete or clear anything, and nothing is written until you apply. - Microtasks (free to write): break any block into an ordered checklist of microtasks and tick them off as you go, shown as a done-of-total count on the block's label. Every kind qualifies: solid blocking blocks, non-blocking bands, reference events, and parked Backlog blocks (so a thing can be broken down before it has a time, though the Backlog tray itself is Pro). Tick them from the editor or straight from the dial label. Focus mode (Pro) shows them beside the turning dial too, on blocking blocks, one at a time over a swipeable rail on mobile. A deliberate breakdown of one block, not a task manager: no due dates, no separate list. On a repeating block the microtasks are shared and the ticks are per day; changing the list asks this-day-only or every-occurrence, ticking never asks. They carry into day reflection, a Microtask follow-through reading in Time Insights, and the morning brief. Adjacent capabilities that come with Pro: drafting a list with AI ("Break this down" in focus mode for a one-tap list, or /microtasks in the command palette, where you pick the block and can steer the draft in plain words first, or send it empty to let the block speak for itself; sized to the block's length and focus rhythm, asks one clarifying question when the block is too vague, and proposed before anything is written), working the list in focus mode, parking a one-off block's unfinished microtasks to the Backlog, and managing microtasks through Claude over MCP (read, rewrite, reorder, and tick, per-occurrence or series-wide, on scheduled and parked blocks) since MCP access is itself Pro. - Pick any exact colour for an area, tracker, or calendar, free. Optionally flip the dial so midnight sits at the bottom. - No gamification, a deliberate ADHD-friendly choice: no streaks, badges, or guilt counters. Coming back after missed days costs nothing; the dial just shows today. (The Backlog groups parked blocks past their planned day under Overdue; nothing counts up or resets.) - Plan over MCP with Claude, ChatGPT, or any MCP client; keyboard-driven with a Cmd-K command palette, slash commands, and natural-language quick create (a plain sentence parses instantly into an event; Pro can hand compound requests to AI for an editable plan); offline-first installable PWA; print your day. ## Feature pages - Plan: [The 24-hour dial](https://reassign.ai/features/the-dial) (free) · [List and timeline](https://reassign.ai/features/list-and-timeline) (Pro) · [Reschedule and shift](https://reassign.ai/features/reschedule) (free) · [Energy curve](https://reassign.ai/features/energy) (Pro) · [Recurring events](https://reassign.ai/features/routines) (Pro) · [Weather on the dial](https://reassign.ai/features/weather) (free) - Connect: [Calendar and task sync](https://reassign.ai/features/calendar-sync) (Pro), with a page per provider: [Google Calendar](https://reassign.ai/features/google-calendar) · [Outlook Calendar](https://reassign.ai/features/outlook-calendar) · [Todoist](https://reassign.ai/features/todoist) · [Plan with Claude over MCP](https://reassign.ai/mcp) (Pro) - Capture: [Command palette](https://reassign.ai/features/command-palette) (free) · [Ask AI and braindump](https://reassign.ai/features/ask-ai) (Pro) · [Microtasks](https://reassign.ai/features/microtasks) (free to write, Pro to draft with AI) · [Backlog](https://reassign.ai/features/backlog) (Pro) - Follow through: [Focus intervals and focus mode](https://reassign.ai/features/focus) (Pro) · [Moments and mood](https://reassign.ai/features/moments) (mood free, your own trackers Pro) · [Reflection and Time Insights](https://reassign.ai/features/reflection) (yesterday free, further back Pro) ## Guides - [Planning your day with Claude](https://reassign.ai/resources/planning-your-day-with-claude): real prompts and the MCP tools behind them: Claude reads and edits your actual day. - [Planning your day with ChatGPT](https://reassign.ai/resources/planning-your-day-with-chatgpt): connect ChatGPT to Reassign over MCP so it reshapes your real schedule. - [Circular Planner for ADHD](https://reassign.ai/resources/circular-planner-for-adhd): why a round daily planner beats a linear list for time blindness. - [One dial, every calendar](https://reassign.ai/resources/google-calendar-sync): how two-way auto sync with Google Calendar lands every calendar on the dial. - [Focus intervals on the dial](https://reassign.ai/resources/pomodoro-focus-intervals): a Pomodoro rhythm of focus and break intervals drawn inside a working block, tracked in reflection and Insights, settable over MCP. - [Focus mode: the dial travels while you work](https://reassign.ai/resources/focus-mode-timer): a focus screen where the real dial, cropped to an arc, turns under a marker pinned at now, with no pause, no ambient decoration, and intervals you mark by hand. - [A sentence becomes a schedule](https://reassign.ai/resources/natural-language-day-planning): the ⌘K command palette: slash verbs, plain-sentence quick create that parses instantly and offline, and Ask AI for the compound requests. - [Brain dump to schedule](https://reassign.ai/resources/brain-dump-to-schedule): turn a messy multi-line brain dump into an editable day in the command palette, refine it by replying, and apply it as one undoable action. - [Microtasks: a checklist inside a block](https://reassign.ai/resources/adhd-task-breakdown): break a working block into an ordered checklist of microtasks you tick off, by hand or with the AI /microtasks command, shared across a recurring block's days, and readable and settable over MCP. - [Why ADHD planner apps get abandoned](https://reassign.ai/resources/why-adhd-planners-get-abandoned): why planners die in week three: daily upkeep, the fiddle surface, and guilt mechanics. ## More - [Roadmap](https://reassign.ai/roadmap): what is shipped today (including offline-first, the MCP server, and two-way auto sync with Google Calendar, Outlook, and Todoist) and what is coming next (body doubling: share your day so a friend or Claude sits with you through a focus block, talk to plan, native apps, a Raycast extension and a Chrome extension, more integrations like Apple Calendar and shared calendars, agents, dynamic rules). - [Changelog](https://reassign.ai/changelog): what has shipped, newest first. - [Support](https://reassign.ai/support): how to get help.
