# Reassign pricing

Reassign is a 24-hour circular day planner. One Pro plan includes every planner feature, with monthly or annual billing in USD.

## One plan, two billing options

- Monthly: $14/month, billed monthly.
- Annual: $120 charged annually, equivalent to $10/month. Save $48/year, about 29%, compared with twelve $14 monthly payments ($168).
- New accounts: 7 days of Pro, no card required and no automatic trial charge. One trial per person: deleting the account and signing up again does not start a new trial.
- Planner access, including MCP, the REST API, and extension captures, requires an account with an active trial or paid subscription. There is no Free plan or guest access. Your data stays after access ends.
- Subscribing starts a paid subscription immediately, including during a trial. Billing renews until cancelled. Cancel from the app; paid access continues until the end of the paid period.

## Included in Pro

- Draw and reshape your day on a 24-hour dial. Drag to create, move, and resize blocks; use undo, keyboard controls, print, and per-user timezones.
- Plan ahead with an unlimited horizon. Read upcoming days in list and timeline views; the dial remains the place to draw blocks.
- Areas use colour; activity types use fill patterns. Overlapping non-blocking events can share time.
- Block and break alerts on every device where you turn them on, with per-device settings (Home Screen installation required on iPhone and iPad).
- Two-way sync with your calendars and task apps: Google Calendar, Outlook Calendar, Todoist, Google Tasks, Microsoft To Do, Linear, and TickTick.
- Connect an AI assistant over MCP with no extra Reassign add-on fee, or use the public REST API with OAuth or a personal access token. API docs: https://reassign.dev.
- Ask AI and braindump in the command palette, with photos, PDFs, and voice dictation; review the editable plan before applying it. Talk to your day from the dial: safe edits apply at once with one Undo, and deletes, clears, and questions back to you open for review. Quick-create parsing runs locally, but saving requires an internet connection.
- Recurring events, microtask checklists, AI task breakdown, focus intervals, and focus mode.
- Inbox: capture a list in one go and schedule each item when there is room. Type or say a line, or send a selection from the Chrome extension, and AI splits it into up to 10 Inbox items. Send an Inbox item on to Todoist, TickTick, Google Tasks, Microsoft To Do, or Linear as a task. Keep blocks without a time here, including unfinished microtasks from reflection.
- Weather, mood, the energy curve, and moment tracking.
- Reflect on past days, select several blocks, and copy, clear, or duplicate a day.
- Home-screen installation and sync across devices. An internet connection is required to save changes.

## Existing accounts and price protection

Accounts migrated from the former Free plan received a 30-day Pro trial from migration/import, not from their next sign-in. No card required. After those days, a subscription is required to use the planner; data stays.

Existing subscribers on $8/month or $72/year keep their price while their subscription stays active. A lapse ends the old price. A new subscription uses the current price.

Free and planner guest mode are retired. The referral program ends with the move. A separate, private ambassador program is open by application; the discount and commission are agreed with each ambassador (https://reassign.ai/ambassadors). The free printable planner and circadian rhythm calculator remain free.
