Terms of Service.

1. Who we are

Reassign is operated by Pogled Naprej d.o.o., Italijanska ulica 8, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia (registration no. 3654982000, VAT ID SI92786499) (“Reassign”, “we”, “us”). The marketing site lives at reassign.ai; the app lives at reassign.app. By using either, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. The service

Reassign is a 24-hour circular day planner. You draw blocks on a dial, give them an area (a colour) and an activity type (a fill pattern), and reshape them as your day changes. Reassign is also an MCP server, so you can let an AI provider (an LLM, via an MCP client) read and edit your day on your behalf when you choose to connect one.

There's a Reassign browser extension too: your day on every new tab, and a way to send a page, a link, or selected text straight to your plan. It's ours, it connects through the same grant as any other client, and these terms cover it.

3. Your account

You can plan as a guest without an account. To save and sync your days, you sign in with a 6-digit code we email you or with Google, so there's no password to remember. Once you're signed in you can add a passkey and use that instead; the email code stays available as your recovery path. Keep access to that email address secure; anyone who can read it can sign in as you. You're responsible for activity under your account, and you must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live (at least 16, or the age of digital consent in your country).

4. Plans, trial, and billing

Reassign has a Free tier and a paid Pro tier. Free covers everyday planning. Pro adds an unlimited planning horizon, recurring events, and connecting an AI provider over MCP. Pro is $8 per month or $72 per year.

Every account starts on Free. You can start a 7-day Pro trial from inside the app; the trial does not require a payment card and does not auto-charge. When the trial ends, your account returns to Free unless you choose to upgrade to paid Pro. You can cancel a paid subscription any time from your account; your Pro features then run until the end of the period you've paid for. Anything you made stays and stays editable on Free.

Refunds: ask within 14 days of a charge and we refund it, no questions asked. Email support@reassign.ai. This sits on top of any refund right you have under the law where you live, and never replaces it.

Payment is by card through Stripe, inside the app. We never see or store your full card details, and they are never handled on this marketing site. Prices are shown in US dollars and may exclude taxes that apply where you are.

5. Acceptable use

Please use Reassign as intended. Don't:

• break the law, or use Reassign to harm, harass, or infringe the rights of others;
• try to break, overload, probe, or reverse-engineer the service or its security;
• resell or redistribute the service, or access it through automated means except the MCP interface we provide;
• misuse the email sign-in or MCP authorisation flows, or attempt to access another person's day.

6. Connecting an AI provider and other MCP clients

Pro lets you connect an AI provider (an LLM, or any MCP client) to your day. You authorise the connection with an OAuth grant and choose its scope: events:read, events:write, or both. A read-only grant can never change your day. You can revoke a grant at any time from your account, and the connection stops.

Our own clients are the exception to what follows. The Reassign browser extension is built by us and covered by these terms and our Privacy Policy, not by anyone else's. Installing it from a browser's extension store puts you under that store's terms with its operator as well, which is between you and them. Whichever client you use, your plan's limits apply through it exactly as they do in the app: the planning horizon and recurring events are the same on both sides.

A third-party MCP client is a separate product run by someone else, under its own terms and privacy policy. We're not responsible for what a third-party client does with the access you grant it, so connect only clients you trust and grant only the scope you need. A connected assistant can also send feedback or a bug report on your behalf; we keep a small record of the connection itself, which the Privacy Policy describes.

7. Your content is yours

The days you plan (your events, areas, and activity types) belong to you. You grant us only the limited permission we need to store, sync, and display that content so the service works for you. We don't sell your content, we don't use it for advertising, and we never use it to train AI models. You can export or delete your data; delete it and we remove it from our servers, not just hide it. See the Privacy Policy for how.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep Reassign available and improving, but we provide it “as is” and can't promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may add, change, or remove features. Anything described elsewhere on this site as “Soon” or on the roadmap is a plan, not a promise, and isn't part of what you're paying for today.

9. Termination

You can stop using Reassign and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms or use the service in a way that risks harm to others or to the service. If we end your access for convenience, we'll give reasonable notice where we can.

10. Disclaimers and liability

Reassign is a planning tool, not professional advice. To the extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties and aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data beyond our reasonable control. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law, including your rights as a consumer under EU and Slovenian law, which this agreement doesn't take away.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Slovenia, and disputes fall to the courts of Ljubljana, without removing any mandatory consumer protection you're entitled to where you live. If you're an EU consumer, you can also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. When we make a material change, we'll update the date above and, where it matters, let you know in the app or by email. Continuing to use Reassign after a change means you accept the updated terms.
