Terms of Service.

1. Who we are

Reassign is operated by Pogled Naprej d.o.o., Italijanska ulica 8, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia (registration no. 3654982000, VAT ID SI92786499) (“Reassign”, “we”, “us”). The marketing site lives at reassign.ai; the app lives at reassign.app. By using either, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. The service

Reassign is a 24-hour circular day planner. You draw blocks on a dial, give them an area (a colour) and an activity type (a fill pattern), and reshape them as your day changes. Reassign is also an MCP server, so you can let an AI provider (an LLM, via an MCP client) read and edit your day on your behalf when you choose to connect one.

There's a Reassign browser extension too: your day on every new tab, and a way to send a page, a link, or selected text straight to your plan. It's ours, it connects through the same grant as any other client, and these terms cover it.

3. Your account

An account is required to use the planner. Sign in with a 6-digit code we email you, or with Google or Apple, so there's no password to remember. Once you're signed in you can add a passkey and use that instead; the email code stays available as your recovery path. If you sign in with Apple and choose to hide your email, that code goes to the private relay address Apple gives us, which forwards to you for as long as you keep the relay active. Google and Apple run their sign-in under their own terms, and your use of them is between you and them. Keep access to that email address, and to any Google or Apple account you link, secure; anyone who can get into one can sign in as you. You're responsible for activity under your account, and you must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live (at least 16, or the age of digital consent in your country).

4. Plans, trial, and billing

Reassign has one paid Pro plan, including all planner features, at $14 per month or $120 per year. Annual billing charges $120 for the year, equivalent to $10 per month. An internet connection is required to save changes.

New accounts receive a 7-day Pro trial, once per person: an email address or a Google or Apple sign-in that already had a trial does not get a new one, also after the account is deleted (see the trial record). The trial does not require a payment card and does not automatically charge you. Subscribing starts a paid subscription immediately, including during a trial. A subscription renews each billing period until you cancel it from the app. Cancelling keeps paid access until the end of the period you paid for.

After trial or paid access expires, a subscription is required to use the planner. Your data stays; there is no return to a Free plan. You can contact support about access to, export of, or deletion of your data without subscribing again.

Existing free accounts receive 30 days of Pro from migration/import, not from their next sign-in, with no card required. Existing subscribers on $8 per month or $72 per year keep their price while the subscription stays active; a lapse ends that price. Free and planner guest mode are retired, and the referral program ends with the move. See the transition terms. The separate, private ambassador program runs on terms agreed in writing with each ambassador.

Refunds: ask within 14 days of a charge and we refund it, no questions asked. Email support@reassign.ai. This sits on top of any refund right you have under the law where you live, and never replaces it.

Payment is by card through Stripe, inside the app. We never see or store your full card details, and they are never handled on this marketing site. Prices are shown in US dollars and may exclude taxes that apply where you are.

5. Acceptable use

Please use Reassign as intended. Don't:

• break the law, or use Reassign to harm, harass, or infringe the rights of others;
• try to break, overload, probe, or reverse-engineer the service or its security;
• resell or redistribute the service, or access it through automated means except the MCP and REST API interfaces we provide;
• misuse the sign-in or MCP authorisation flows, or attempt to access another person's day.

6. Calendar and task integrations

Pro includes optional connections to Google Calendar, Outlook Calendar, Todoist, Google Tasks, Microsoft To Do, Linear and TickTick. Connecting one authorises Reassign to access the account under the permissions shown by that provider and to carry out the sync features and actions you use. You must have authority to connect the account and process its content, including any required permission from your organisation. Signing in with Google or Apple does not itself authorise calendar or task access.

You choose which sources to sync. Depending on the provider, Reassign can create or update linked items, change completion or workflow state, and perform supported removal actions. Changes can affect the original service, including changes made by an AI client you authorise. Review the action and the source you are changing. Google Tasks, Microsoft To Do and Linear sync due dates, while your planned working hours stay in Reassign. Todoist and TickTick also support timed tasks. Not every field or feature in a connected service is supported.

Disconnecting and deleting are different. Disconnecting stops sync and removes stored connection credentials but retains imported planner items. Deleting a connected source also removes its linked imported items from Reassign; neither action deletes originals at the provider. You may need to revoke the grant separately in the provider's account controls. Our Privacy Policy explains permissions, data use, AI processing, revocation and deletion.

Each connected service remains a separate product under its own terms and privacy policy. Its permissions, organisation rules, availability and API limits can affect the connection. Sync can be delayed or interrupted, and you may need to reconnect. Check important changes in the original service when sync reports an error.

7. Connecting an AI provider and other MCP clients

Pro lets you connect an AI provider (an LLM, or any MCP client) to your day. You authorise the connection with an OAuth grant and choose its scope: events:read, events:write, or both. A read-only grant can never change your day. You can revoke a grant at any time from your account, and the connection stops.

Our own clients are the exception to what follows. The Reassign browser extension is built by us and covered by these terms and our Privacy Policy, not by anyone else's. Installing it from a browser's extension store puts you under that store's terms with its operator as well, which is between you and them. Whichever client you use, trial or paid access is required to use the planner through it, just as in the app.

A third-party MCP client is a separate product run by someone else, under its own terms and privacy policy. We're not responsible for what a third-party client does with the access you grant it, so connect only clients you trust and grant only the scope you need. A connected assistant can also send feedback or a bug report on your behalf; we keep a small record of the connection itself, which the Privacy Policy describes.

8. Your content is yours

You retain your rights in the content you create. Connecting a service does not transfer ownership of its events, tasks or other content to Reassign. You grant us only the limited permission we need to store, sync, and display that content so the service works for you. We don't sell your content, we don't use it for advertising, and we never use it to train AI models. You can export or delete your data; see the Privacy Policy for deletion and legally required retention.

9. Availability and changes

We work to keep Reassign available and improving, but we provide it “as is” and can't promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may add, change, or remove features. Anything described elsewhere on this site as “Soon” or on the roadmap is a plan, not a promise, and isn't part of what you're paying for today.

Optional block and break alerts depend on notification permission and delivery by your browser, device and push service. They may be delayed or suppressed by device settings. You can control them in Settings → Notifications; enabling them can show block titles in device notifications.

10. Termination

You can stop using Reassign and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms or use the service in a way that risks harm to others or to the service. If we end your access for convenience, we'll give reasonable notice where we can.

11. Disclaimers and liability

Reassign is a planning tool, not professional advice. To the extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties and aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data beyond our reasonable control. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law, including your rights as a consumer under EU and Slovenian law, which this agreement doesn't take away.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Slovenia, and disputes fall to the courts of Ljubljana, without removing any mandatory consumer protection you're entitled to where you live. If you're an EU consumer, you can also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. When we make a material change, we'll update the date above and, where it matters, let you know in the app or by email. Continuing to use Reassign after a change means you accept the updated terms.
