Something off? A person answers.
No ticket queue, no bot, no phone tree. Leo, who builds Reassign, reads every message: usually the same day, always inside two business days. Most answers are already on this page.
Most of it is already written down.
Inside the app, help is context-aware: it answers for the thing you are doing right now. These pages are the public reference.
One address. No forms.
Everything goes to support@reassign.ai. Pick the closest match and the subject line fills itself in.
- Something is broken A bug, an error, a block that will not move. The template below fills itself in. Report a bug
- Billing, plan, or account A charge you did not expect, cancelling, a refund, or trouble signing in. Email about billing
- Your data An export, a correction, or anything under GDPR. Deleting everything is self-serve in Settings, general. Make a data request
- A security issue Tell us before you tell anyone else, and please do not test against anyone else’s account. Report it privately
- A feature request What would make your day easier to plan. It lands on the same list the roadmap comes from. Send a request
Replies come from a person, Monday to Friday, Central European Time. If two business days pass with nothing, send it again: it means the mail went missing, not that you are in a queue.
What turns a bug into a fix.
Time bugs are the hard ones: they hide behind a timezone, a specific day, or one browser. Five lines make the difference between a guess and a repro.
- What you expected, and what happened instead.
- The day and time on the dial, plus your timezone. Most timing bugs only reproduce on the exact day.
- Browser, and whether you were on a phone or a desktop.
- Whether it happens every time or happened once.
- A screenshot, if the dial looks wrong.
The bug link above prefills all of it. Data loss or anything security-shaped goes to the top of the pile the moment it lands.
The things people ask first.
- How fast do you reply?
- Usually the same day, always inside two business days. The inbox is read Monday to Friday, Central European Time. One person answers, so there is no queue and no ticket number.
- Is there live chat or a phone number?
- No. Email only, at support@reassign.ai. Inside the app there is also in-product help that answers for the thing you are doing right now.
- Can I get a refund?
- Yes. Ask within 14 days of a charge and we refund it, no questions. The 7-day Pro trial takes no card and never auto-charges, so almost nobody pays by accident.
- How do I cancel Pro?
- From the app, anytime. You keep Pro until the period you paid for ends, then drop to Free with every plan you made intact and editable. See what Free keeps →
- How do I delete my account and everything in it?
- Settings, then general, wipes everything in one go, with no need to ask us. It is a real delete on our servers, not a hide, and we keep only the billing records the law makes us keep. Read the privacy policy →
- Can I get my data out?
- Yes. Email us for a portable export of what we hold about you. Access, correction, and the rest of your GDPR rights go to the same address.
- I cannot sign in.
- Sign in with Google, or with the 6-digit code we email you. If the code has not arrived, check spam and try once more. Passkeys are added from an account you are already signed in to, and the email code stays the recovery path underneath, so losing every passkey never locks you out.
- My calendar or Todoist sync looks wrong.
- Run Sync now first. A calendar you do not own comes in read-only, and all-day events draw as a hairline halo ring rather than blocking hours, so both of those are working as intended. If a calendar is still off, disconnect and reconnect it: disconnecting clears it from the dial without changing anything at the source. Read the sync guide →
- Is there an iPhone or Android app?
- Not yet. Reassign is a web app you can install as a PWA on a phone or a desktop, and it keeps working offline. Native apps and a wearable face are on the roadmap, not shipped. See the roadmap →
- Where do feature requests go?
- To the same inbox, and then onto the build list the public roadmap is drawn from. Reassign is built by one person planning real days, so a concrete request about a real day carries a lot of weight.
