Reassign is a 24-hour circular day planner for makers with a full day. Work, family, errands, sleep, and the project you keep meaning to return to all take up real space. The dial gives that space a shape.

See the hour you want to keep

Midnight sits at the top. Noon sits at the bottom. Drag from 9 to 11 and you’ve drawn two hours of work. Pull the edge to make it shorter, or move the whole block when a meeting runs over.

Area gives each block its colour. Activity type gives it a fill pattern. You can see which part of life fills the morning and what kind of energy the afternoon asks of you.

The gap before dinner is visible too. That’s room for a walk, a chapter, or forty-five minutes on your own project. You can draw a block around it before something else takes the space.

Bring the day you already have

Reassign connects to Google Calendar, Outlook Calendar, Todoist, Google Tasks, Microsoft To Do, Linear, and TickTick. Meetings and timed tasks appear on the dial. Unscheduled tasks wait in the Inbox until you give them time.

Sync works both ways, with details that depend on the source. For Google Tasks, Microsoft To Do, and Linear, the working hours you choose stay in Reassign; moving a block doesn’t change the task’s due date.

You can also collect a loose list in the Inbox, turn a block into a microtask checklist, and use focus mode to work through it with breaks drawn into the session.

Ask for help when the plan moves

Type a request into Ask AI and review the proposed changes before applying them. A brain dump can become an editable plan. A photo of a paper list can become a starting point too; check what was read and adjust the cards before you apply them.

If you already plan with Claude, ChatGPT, or another MCP client, connect it to Reassign. Your assistant can read your schedule, find room, and move blocks on the dial. Changes can apply immediately, so be clear about what you want it to change.

Take it for a lap

Reassign runs in the browser on phone and desktop, and you can install it on your home screen. An internet connection is required to save changes.
