The dial holds the day you planned. It can hold the one you lived.
A plan you never look back at is a wish. When a block on today finishes, its editor opens ready to mark, so reviewing the day is a series of one-taps rather than an evening ritual you skip.
Reflecting on yesterday is free. Reaching further back is Pro.
Three answers, one tap each
As planned, Didn’t happen, or Changed with the real time. Didn’t happen? Reschedule it or drop it into your Inbox in the same tap.
Step back and read the shape
On a past day the marks roll up into a quiet read of how closely you kept to the plan. Yesterday is free; Pro reaches further into the past, and Claude can read a day back too.
Time Insights reads many days at once
Time Insights reads a week or a month at once: where your time went by area and activity, how your rhythm moved over the weeks, how the days felt, what recharges you against what drains you, and the focus intervals you marked done. Sleep debt and your energy readout sit here too, with the energy curve that feeds them.
Four emails, each with its own switch
A morning brief, an evening plan nudge when tomorrow is still empty, an evening reflect prompt, and a Monday weekly review. Each carries your real day drawn as the dial. A nudge does not send if you already did the thing, a summary you stop opening pauses itself, and every one has a one-click unsubscribe.
It rewards honesty, not a high score
There is no completion percentage to protect, no streak to keep, and nothing that turns red when a week goes sideways. Insights is built from the days you actually reflect on, so the more you look back the fuller it reads. That is the only incentive in it, and it is deliberate.

Questions
- Is reflection free?
- Reflecting on yesterday is free. Reading a whole week or month of past days is Pro.
- Will it tell me off for a bad day?
- No. There are no streaks, badges or guilt counters anywhere in Reassign. A day you did not keep to is data, and the dial just shows today.
